The Communications Manager will report to the Senior Communications Manager, provide guidance to junior colleagues (Communications Associate and Assistant) and help develop their workload under the supervision of the Senior Communications Manager. The Communications Manager will liaise closely with key members of BPIE research team, develop and maintain strong relationships with project consortiums, relevant project stakeholders, media and third-party providers.

Position: Communications Assistant

Location: Brussels or Berlin

Experience: 1-3 years

Type of position: Permanent, full time

The Communications Assistant will report to the Head of Communications, support the Senior Communications Manager and Communications Manager in developing key project outputs, liaise with relevant members of the BPIE research team with regard to developing project outputs including publications, brochures, and infographics. The Communications Assistant will develop and maintain strong relationships with project consortiums, relevant project stakeholders and media as needed.

Position: Senior Project Manager – Expert in Buildings’ Energy Performance

The Senior Project Manager will work on multiple projects at the time, provide guidance to junior staff, secure the quality of our projects, create synergies across projects and identify new research topics.
