Ciarán O’Regan is a Communications Officer at BPIE, where he contributes to communications across EU-funded projects, including LIFE and Horizon Europe. His work spans content development, media monitoring, event organisation, and translating building and energy policy into clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences.

Before joining BPIE, Ciarán worked at eu.bac, supporting advocacy on EU legislation such as the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD). He coordinated closely with industry leaders and European trade associations, helping align policy positions and strengthen engagement across the buildings and energy sectors.

He previously gained institutional experience in the European Parliament in the office of MEP Ciarán Cuffe, contributing to policy briefings and legislative work in the fields of energy, transport, and industry.
