Prior to joining BPIE, Scott worked as a Communications Officer at CER – the Community of European Railway and Infrastructure companies where he managed the production and publication of visual assets, campaigns, social media channels and policy events. He also managed the ‘CER Essays’ initiative which saw publications on rail topics co-authored by railway CEOs and academics, each with a launch event in the European Parliament. His previous experience also includes working in the Digital and Sustainability teams at the consultancy APCO Worldwide.

His work experience also includes an internship in the EU Projects team at WindEurope and the position of Analyst at a security consultancy in Paris.

He holds a Masters Degree in European Affairs from Sciences Po and a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is an English native speaker and also speaks French.

When he isn’t working, Scott can be found going on hikes, trying out new restaurants and spending quality time with friends.
